The doors for the festival will open as early as 2:00PM and close at midnight on both October 7th and 8th, 2022. You will receive information regarding compensation for your position if your application is accepted. Hours will vary depending on the position and shift which you are assigned. The open/close times of the festival grounds are subject to change as we get closer to the date of the event.
When are you available?
I agree to show up for my rostered shifts on time, and to advise the The OFFLINE Project staff well in advance if my availability for rostered shifts changes. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of The OFFLINE Project staff. I agree to show up for my first rostered shift 30 minutes before the scheduled staff so as to be informed of particulars of the role and the venue. I will not show up to a rostered shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I agree to advise The OFFLINE Project staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete the tasks that I have been assigned to. (We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.) I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities. I agree to sign the release form provided to me as part of my application being accepted. I understand that even if my application is accepted and I am assigned a shift, my confirmation can be revoked at any time for any reason (If so, I will not receive a wristband). As a member of the The OFFLINE Project team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with festival staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested. I understand that if I am unable to complete my allocated shifts, I may be asked to return my wristband (if applicable to position).
