VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
Doors open at ~3PM and will end at Midnight on both October 7th and 8th, 2022. Volunteers are required to do two shifts of work in exchange for a 2-day wristband to the event. Hours will vary depending on the position which you are assigned.
When are you available?
I agree to show up for my rostered shifts on time, and to advise the THE ØFFLINE PROJECT staff well in advance if my availability for rostered shifts changes. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of THE ØFFLINE PROJECT staff. I agree to show up for my first rostered shift 30 minutes before the scheduled staff so as to be informed of particulars of the role and the venue. I will not show up to a rostered shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I agree to advise THE ØFFLINE PROJECT staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete the tasks that I have been assigned to. (We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.) I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities. I agree to sign the participation release form provided to me as part of my application being accepted. I understand that even if my application is accepted and I am assigned a shift, my confirmation can be revoked at any time for any reason. As a member of the THE ØFFLINE PROJECT volunteer team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the event. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with festival staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested. I understand that if I am unable to complete my allocated shifts, I will be asked to return my wristband. I understand that I am volunteering my services to THE ØFFLINE PROJECT and will not be paid for my services.
